Organizing my first ever professional photo shoot (apart from the photos I had done for grad haha). Totally stoked. One of the shots is for the authors bio page and the rest are for the press pack and to flatter my own ego hahah. Its gonna be wicked

· And to you, the person who has picked up this book and decided to read it. Without you this wouldn’t be possible. You possibly get the biggest Thank you of all. And hugs. And kisses. And…ok this is getting weird so I will go…
Sound good?

Trouble is with Stephanie Myer, we can make fun of her, her books, her charectars, the fans, the actors in her movies and everything involved with Twilight but at the end of the day she’s the one who goes home and swims in a pool of cash…..
I wanna dive with sharks one day
Today, I made some calming manatees, but most of them are the wrong size to go on the site.

Mermaid Melissa
Wow, look at her tail!

Oh and in my Readers Digest book of facts it says how the myth started because of dugong/manatee sightings.
Now I have two problems with this. The first time mermaids appear in secular history is in Babylon and there aint no dugongs in Babylon and second Manatees appear only around the top end of Australia and Manatees appear only in waters around Florida etc. So how, may I ask does every coastal continent known to man have its own version of mermaids but supposedly the legend started from these two creatures? And bear in mind too that USA was colonized until the pilgrims and Australia discovered after that but mermaid legends have been floating (bad pun, sorry) for much much longer than that??
I just realized something
I collect a lot of book about mythology, unsolved wonders of the world, mysteries unexplained and things like that. And in not one of them do they mention mermaids. They mention the Loch Ness monster, the lake Ogopogo monster, the lake Okanagan monster and bunyips but no mermaids.
My conculsion?
They are real….
